Ankle rehabilitation
  • warm-up by running in place
  • hopping on both limbs
  • standing on one leg for 1 minute
  • standing on one leg swinging the other limb back and forth (in one plane) for 1 minute
  • standing on one leg on a rocking board (slide-board) for 1 minute
  • standing on one leg swinging the other leg diagonally for 1 minute
  • standing on one leg with leg bent and swinging the other leg for 1 minute
